Karen adored our life together. We had our little house, our backyard and deck, and a bunch of pigeons and squirrels to play with while spending time there. She loved to go camping and fishing. She loved to travel on short trips for weekends. She loved to read. She was a very brave, strong, kind and caring lady who would take care of anyone in trouble no matter what. She spent many years working as a registered nurse for Henry Ford Health System and St John Macomb Hospital Center before having to retire for medical reasons. She is a SubGenius Saint. If there ever was anyone I'd ever want as a friend, she was it. My best friend for 17 wonderful years. My lover. My confidante in everything. Farewell, sweet lady. Love, Richard
